I believe that every student, given the guidance and the right learning environment, can make a valuable contribution to society. I further believe that as an educator, my responsibility is to provide my students with the learning experiences which will prepare him/her to be an individual prepared to succeed in a global society.

My philosophy of teaching is grounded in the experiences I have had with failures and successes in students’ academic lives. My own personal growth as a student, as a Literacy Coach, and ultimately, as a Principal, have had a profound impact on the formation of my educational philosophy.

Research and observation have proved that for students at any level to be academically successful, instructions must be differentiated, taking into consideration various learning styles coupled with the life experiences of all individuals.
